​The American Academy of Neurology's Brain Health Initiative is dedicated to enhancing brain health throughout all life stages, from early development to advanced age recognizing the critical importance of cognitive well-being for overall and productivity.

Christian Health plays a vital role in enriching the lives of residents, patients, clients, and team members. Each year, over 300 adults and teenagers aged 13 to 17 contribute nearly 15,000 of dedicated service to Christian Health. Their diverse responsibilities include assisting with resident activities, performing music, guests at the reception desk, and working in the de Snoep Winkle Shop. We also encourage families and community groups, such as scouts and civic, to join us in brainstorming ideas for meaningful involvement.

The Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP) of Bergen County is comprised of more than 50 community organizations, businesses, schools, hospitals and also private citizens that are stakeholders in the health of the county. There are currently two task forces, the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Task Force (MHSATF) and the Nutrition and Physical Activity Task Force (NPATF), staffed by volunteers from these organizations along with individuals all working toward creating a healthier Bergen County. CHIP members develop, implement and promote initiatives to improve the health and lives of people who live, work, or attend school in Bergen County.
